The four ingredients and what they do

Glucosamine — One of the most studied joint supplements in both human and veterinary medicine. Glucosamine is a natural compound found in healthy cartilage; supplementation supports cartilage maintenance and may slow the natural wear and tear of aging joints. Particularly valuable for dogs predisposed to hip dysplasia (Labradors, German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, large breeds in general).

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) — An organic sulfur compound that supports connective tissue health. Sulfur is essential for the structural integrity of cartilage, tendons, and ligaments. MSM is often paired with glucosamine because the two work on different parts of the joint-health picture.

Collagen — The structural protein that makes up cartilage, tendons, and ligaments. Supplemental collagen provides the building blocks for joint repair and maintenance.

Devil's Claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) — A traditional African medicinal plant with a long history of use for joint discomfort. The active compounds are harpagosides, which have been studied for their effects on inflammation markers. Adds the anti-inflammatory dimension to the formula.
