At Nutrition Elements, we want your order to arrive safely, discreetly, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Domestic Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United States.

Available shipping options may include economy, standard, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express, depending on your order weight, delivery address, and available carrier services at checkout.

International Shipping

Nutrition Elements may offer international shipping to select countries and regions.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, selected carrier, and available service options. Available international carriers may include DHL Express and USPS international services.

International delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, and carrier service. Any estimated delivery window shown at checkout is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Nutrition Elements is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import review, or local delivery procedures.

Customers are responsible for making sure products ordered from Nutrition Elements are permitted in their country, state, province, or region before placing an order.

Hemp, CBD, THC, Delta 8, and Delta 9 Shipping Restrictions

Nutrition Elements offers hemp derived products, CBD products, and select THC products, including Delta 8 and Delta 9 products.

By purchasing from Nutrition Elements, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • You are legally permitted to purchase and receive the products in your shipping location.
  • You understand that hemp, CBD, Delta 8, Delta 9, and other cannabinoid product laws may vary by state, country, and local jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to your location.

Nutrition Elements reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or restrict any order if we believe the product cannot legally be shipped to the provided address.

Age Restricted Products

Certain Nutrition Elements products are intended for adults 21 years of age or older.

Orders containing hemp derived THC products, Delta 8 products, Delta 9 products, or other age restricted products may require age verification before processing, shipping, delivery, or receipt.

If we are unable to verify age eligibility when required, the order may be canceled.

Certificates of Analysis

Many Nutrition Elements products are third party tested for quality, potency, and safety.

Discreet Shipping

All orders are packed with care and shipped discreetly. We do our best to protect your privacy while making sure your order arrives safely.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

Nutrition Elements is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address before fulfillment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Nutrition Elements is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your delivery area, with neighbors, household members, building staff, or your local carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also contact our team and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the shipping packaging so we can review the issue.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. You can use this tracking link to follow your package until delivery is complete.
